Chocolate Avocado Pudding

166

This is my mid-week go to when I fancy some dessert but still want to stay on top of my health goals. I love to make this easy dessert because I often have an avocado in my fridge and always have the other ingredients in my pantry. My daughter eats all the vegetables but avocados are not her favourite, so this is a great way for her to eat the healthy fats in this recipe. You can also smuggle in some extra green powder for extra nourishment!

Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Recipe type: Pudding
Cuisine: Dessert

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe large avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 can of coconut cream or coconut milk without the watery liquid (so only the thick cream)
  • 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or raw honey
  • 2-3 drops of doTERRA Citrus Bliss or Vanilla Oil
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender such as a vitamix or nutribullet, blend until smooth like a creamy chocolate mousse.
  2. Add the drops of doTERRA essential oil to taste, I adore this oil because it is all the citrus oils with vanilla.

I have been waiting for Vanilla oil to be on general release for a long time, it is now available from doTERRA at a very reasonable price, for third-party tested oil that can be taken internally, (especially when you consider the price of extracts and pods!). A 5ml bottle with 85 drops costs £45.67 (retail, available here) and £34.25 through your wholesale account, reply email to me to help set you up with your very own wholesale account and to plug you into all my FREE customer education.
