In consultations we discuss your health symptoms, current eating preferences and lifestyle to devise personalised steps to reach your health goals. NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is used when required to support changes at a subconscious level. The session includes a follow up email with suggested food plan.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is becoming increasingly popular as a way of dealing with habits and health problems because it is safe, natural and effective. Using a focused state of deep relaxation we can address issues at a subconscious level that may be holding you back. Whether using it to reduce stress, build confidence or initiate weight loss, it is a highly effective tool to change unwanted patterns of thinking.
